St. Luke's CDP Fees
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT St. Luke's Child Development Program (CDP) is a non-profit program which is operated as a ministry of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. The CDP is funded by tuition and fees of children enrolled in the program as well as assistance from the church budget toward the building and upkeep. In order to provide quality care and education as well as meet our financial obligations, each family is expected to be financially responsible for the use of the program. ALL TUITION IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH. If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month, a late charge will be applied to your account. If payment is not made by the 15th of the month your child may not be accepted for care and the place will be given to another on the waiting list. Any child absent more than 10 consecutive CDP days in a four-week time period for illness with medical documentation, will receive a 25% discount for that month. |
| REGISTRATION FEE: | A registration fee of $50.00 is to be made at the time of enrollment and is not refundable. Thereafter, a $50.00 annual registration fee will be due the anniversary date of enrollment. | ||||
