I'm New Here

welcome visitor

Finding a faith home is important. St. Luke's is a congregation that genuinely cares about one another and our world. We are large enough to offer a variety of ministries for all ages and small enough to really connect with each other.

  • what to expect from worship

Worship at St. Luke's is vibrantly traditional. On any given Sunday the children may act out a Bible story and the congregation join in the Apostles' Creed. A choir or soloist may sing a song from Zimbabwe or a 9th century text. We celebrate the church seasons and continually dig deeper into what it means to be God's people.

On Sunday mornings, you will find people wearing suits and ties and others in jeans and boots. Wiggles are welcome in worship as children participate and begin to develop their own faith lives. We also have childcare available during most children events. Services are at: 8:45am and 10:50am.

  • how to connect

St. Luke's offers many different ways to connect to others in and out of the church. On Sunday's, we have Sunday school classes for all ages at 9:45am. During the school year, we have a Wednesday night program that starts with a fellowship meal which is followed by different classes for adults, choir for children, and planned activities for the youth. Please visit our Ministries tab for more in depth information.

  • membership

Although membership is not required to be a part of our church community, by being a member, it indicates that you have made a commitment to not only supporting the ministry of St. Luke's UMC but to your own spiritual growth and development. There are three different avenues in which to join St. Luke's UMC.

    • By transfer from another United Methodist Church
    • By transfer from another Christian denomination
    • By profession of faith and baptism
